I called yesterday to see if Grill Revival worked on movable fire pits and they told me that was their speciality! I have an old fire pit on my deck that had been weathered over 20 years and not operational for at least 10 years. It was an anniversary gift many years ago and I wanted to have it once again operational. Rachel was extremely pleasant on the phone and was able to send Josh to work on it today. He did an expert job repairing the rusted framework as well as thoroughly cleaning the igniter and fire pan. He explained everything to me so that I could properly and confidently operate it! He took the time to thoroughly test it to ensure the mechanism was working perfectly. He was patient with my questions and cleaned the work area thoroughly before he left. I am so pleased with his work and would highly recommend him for his demeanor and over 20 years of expertise!
